LikedExcellent location. My girl and I walked everywhere. The room was very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable.
DislikedWater pressure in the shower could have been better. Hot water could have been hoter

LikedEverything was prefect. The M lounge and staff was top notch. We were in New Orlean for a family vacation celebration. We also celebrating milestone birthday. My husband contacted a manager that morning about 10am to see if he could get a birthday cake today by 3pm. She made it happen, sorry I didn’t get her name, but I don’t think it will be to many of your managers that got a cake for a guest. On 4/13/24
DislikedExplaining gift cards and discounts offered to guest in detail. Expresso Martini was awful.

LikedThe hotel was in a perfect location, very clean, and welcoming. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
DislikedThere was a $156.00 non-refundable holding fee that could not be explained. The clerk gave me no option to refuse the fee. Had I known this; I would have booked at a hotel closer to the venue and paid the difference.
