LikedThe staff was very accommodating and nice.

DislikedNo microwaves in all the rooms.

LikedThe facility is beautiful and clean. The added bonus is the s’mores that are made available (free of charge).

DislikedFirst and foremost, the curbside appeal is very deceiving. It’s not appealing! Secondly, there is no water in the room. You will need a water bottle and have to go fetch water from a dispensary every time you need drinking water. This is not ok for people who need water for meds or who have limited mobility. Water should also be made available inside of a hotel room, especially at The Marriott.

DislikedIt needs a massive refurbishment It’s so old & basic The staff on reception weren’t friendly & helpful upon check in The lift wasn’t working The lighting in the room was terrible There was minimal car-parking

LikedI received sparkling wine upon check in and that was a lovely surprise after the drive we made. The room was spacious!

DislikedThe bathroom and shower doors kept opening. Since the bathroom is so close to the front door it didn't really allow for privacy if someone was in the bathroom and you had a visitor, which we did!

DislikedVery overpriced for what you get. I was so disappointed with everything from the check in, to the cold shower, to the cleaning knocking on our door 3 times asking what time we were leaving. Save your money and go elsewhere!
