LikedClean, quiet, friendly and so child-friendly and right beside Riksmuseum. Also a nice late check out.

DislikedHad to wait to get fresh towels delivered to the room on the last day due to a shortage. Housekeeping could be more attentive as hand soap and shower gel weren’t restocked.

DislikedStaff inadequate and overworked. Eg. couldn’t get creamer for tea/ coffee for 16 hours inspite of repeated visits to the front desk.

DislikedThe room.showed some signs of wear and tear The sink basin was cracked and the door to the ensuite had a hole like someone punched it. The armchairs had marks like bleach in places. However, the room was spotless
