LikedStaff was amazing. So welcoming and eager to make stay memorable. Location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance from everything and close to tram and metro options if preferred. Lovely neighbourhood with many restaurants and supermarkets near by. Room was luminous, clean and ample. Símil hardware floors instead of dubious carpets. In site restaurant if you cannot be bothered to leave the hotel. Enjoyed the Nespresso coffee maker every afternoon after long touring days. I do not usually repeat hotels… I like to try new ones but I would definitely stay here again.

LikedThis hotel is perfectly located for a short stay in Amsterdam, there is a bus directly from Schiphol airport to outside this hotel. Staff are very friendly, room was extremely large, quiet and bed was comfy. It is well located for those wishing to visit not just central Amsterdam but a few neighbourhoods close by. Would highly recommend this affordable hotel for a weekend stay.

We have a corner room with a shower area raised on a platform 1 foot higher than the bathroom floor. A person who is 5'10" will probably hit his/her head on the ceiling. Staff are not good. We requested for hairdryer as the one in the room does not work several times during our stay and the staff ignored our request or did not bother to fulfill it. It is winter when we visit Ams and as such wet hair after showering without a hair dryer is not pleasant.

The only thing good about this place is ”nothing” 1- Location is not that great as it’s close to 45mins walk from central station 2-Had booked a junior suite and the room had hardly any space 3-The bathroom was very tight even for 1 person to stand. 4-Staff is rude and have too much attitude. 5-Asked for 1 hr extended checkout and was asked to pay extra. 6-Asked for cutlery and was given rude response that we will charge you €5 for sending the cutlery to room. What else can you expect from a bad hotel ? It has got all those shortcomings. Never staying again here and strongly recommend you not to opt this hotel either.
