LikedVery modern and comfortable beds, kitchen had all amenities we needed. It is only a 20 minute walk to the ferry from the apartment and there is bus stops around the apartment to get us to the centre which was really convenient

DislikedOn the walls in the living area it looked like there were coffee stains on the walls where the pictures were and behind the TV. It would have been nice if the walls were cleaned to get rid of these stains. The pressure in the shower was not very good either but was still able to use this to wash hair e.c.t.

Likedeverything, the check in was super smooth. the virtual key is a plus point. the house is clean, neat and beautiful. There are utensils you can use for light cooking

DislikedThe rooms were way too small and no provision for suitcases storing or opening. No proper cupboards

LikedThe apartment was very spacious , big enough for us and well light, and decorated with taste The "digital key" was a good convenience , so everybody was free to go and come back, just with their smartphone

DislikedIn the first place, when we arrived at the apartment, 1h after check in time (there was a technician in the apartment who was apparently fixing the wifi system, he asked us to come back an hour later) When we arrived 3h later, the floor was not very clean, there was dust all over the place (especially behind doors), and the wifi wasn't working. (It finally worked the day before our check-out day) Besides, The coffee machine was broken (it leaked very badly when in function...), I send lots of messages to my contact, via e-mail and they said they'd replace it straight away by another one, but they didn't ! There was no human contact with the people in charge of the location, just e-mail, no possibility of phoning, and that was disappointing... I have to say that I wouldn't recommend it, even though the apartment is pleasant and big but the carpet in the building was quite dirty, there were stains and scratches on the walls inside and outside the apartment, and one of the tiles in the bathroom was cracked, it looks like there is no maintenance of the facilities...
