LikedSpecial thanks for Miss Dana from the front desk/guest relation for her smooth check in for us and how she provided us the whole information, upgraded our room and surprised us with the decoration in the room for oue anniversary , she was so kind and sweet. The luigi’s restaurant was super delicious we enjoyed it as well.

LikedOur room was lovely with balcony overlooking the Dead Sea, beautifully decorated as is the whole resort. Breakfast was a delight with so much choice, hard working attentive staff, nothing too much trouble. The same can be said of the buffet dinner, we found the outside area quieter than inside, to eat. The pools were well maintained and good lifeguards, the buggies to take you down to the Dead Sea area were a godsend and the lifeguard was so very helpful showing us what to do and taking many photos for us! We found all the staff were outstanding and courteous.

DislikedAs with most hotels now (since COVID) there was no information in our room to have a look at, when arriving at hotels after a long journey, its sometimes difficult to remember all the information you are being told, a simple leaflet would I'm sure be welcomed by many of your guests, not a QR code please!
