LikedHotel employee in the restaurant was AMAZING, my entire group was just so impressed by her level of attention and care. Were from out of town and she gave us recommendations, asked about us and what we liked even got us directions/addresses for places we wanted

DislikedThe location is ok, not the hotels fault but Seattle has really gone down hill in the last few years, while expected its sad to see. The hotel did an excellent job though of making us feel safe and welcome.

This was one the best experiences I had staying in any hotel absolutely 10 out of 10 service every night . I booked for one night originally but extended another 4 nights would recommend it for anyone and everyone thanks for the great stay I hope to stay again soon yours sincerely Irish Tony
