LikedThe staff were very friendly and approachable. Monique was especially helpful. She gave us great information about exploring the neighborhood as well as other parts of NYC.

LikedThe staff was awesome. The room was great! It has a great location, has comfortable bed, a good size, especially for NYC, and even a wonderful city view.
DislikedBreakfast was a sad grab and go affair. Not worth it.

DislikedRoom very small, it’s advertised with breakfast which we paid for…. It’s a shame to call it breakfast as you have to take some muffins in a paper bag with your coffee and eat it somewhere…. This is not what I understand about breakfast in a hotel … very disappointing
