Very fancy! There was a doorman. There were ornate architecture. Had a nice bar and a restaurant for those thay dont want to brave the cold Chicago nights It was affordable thanks to agoda discounts!

DislikedHall way old carpet. Staff not welcoming and answering customer question- especially the night time worker lady.

LikedThe location is incredible, lots of things to do within walking distance. The room was clean, and it wasn't too expensive, compared to other places. The bed was pretty comfortable, but the pillows were not.
DislikedThe room was much smaller than I thought I'd get based on the pictures, the AC wasn't working very well, and the room had a broken window that needed to get fixed. The front desk staff members weren't particularly friendly or welcoming either.
