DislikedPaid for wifi & breakfast, received neither during our stay. No microwave in room, not advertised. Mini fridge in room was unplugged & defrosted - ice machine on the floor did not work. Lovely hotel, great staff, just could have gotten more amenities at a holiday in for the same price or less, which is misleading online.

DislikedI was double charged with a processed transaction and a pending transaction sitting on my bank account for 5 days. I attempted to call the front desk 4 times with no answer, attempted to call the front desk manager twice with no answer and a full mail box, and even called accounting with no answer and left a voice-mail between the hours of 11am- 3pm on Monday. I finally emailed. It is now Thursday and I have yet to receive any call back or response from my email. I asked for an itemized receipt as I felt I was way over charged from my booking price, which I have not received. And I was told upon check in parking was $35 per day, but we had to move our car at checkout and couldn't leave it there for a few more hours until we were done at the convention center, so we moved it to another parking lot prior to checkout to ensure we weren't charged any extra and paid only $12 for parking at this place that was also connected to skyway instead of a ridiculous $35 for a place I am already paying to sleep at. Then when I checked out the woman at the front desk says that since we were at the convention center we could have stayed parked there without an additional charge as long as the van was gone prior to midnight. Get your policy straight people! The rooms are tiny. No queen beds, they are all double beds, the bathroom is tiny as well. And the pool is in the basement, very loud echoes in that area, and it feels like your down in a dungeon. Next time I will pay more to stay somewhere nicer with staff you can get ahold of and hopefully won't be charged stupid extra fees without any explanation. I think I ended up paying the cost for a nice hotel with all this extra BS anyway.
