LikedHousing staff was great - The credit is nice but only worth HALF of what you pay- Thing like wireless should be part of the regular room rate and we should be able to opt out if we want citi bikes as a part is just silly as you know.

DislikedFront desk person was cold-not rude just cold- the room amenities listed in my specific room reservation were NOT a part of the room-yet the hotel has all of them in their own web site photos. Specifically the sofa and microwave. It is a HIKE to subway
