LikedGreat location, staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. Rooms kept clean and given water everyday
DislikedA couple issues with the elevator and door keys not working sometimes. Not a huge issue and staff were always helpful but they were the only negatives!

DislikedRoom wasn’t ready when I arrive a couple of hours early before check in only accommodation that was offered was to spend additional $100 per night to get a room that ready before 4:00 pm. My birthday wasn’t acknowledged after it was disclosed in my booking. Most times the manager of customer care sends a personal note for celebrations.
