LikedLocation was great, right outside a subway station. Good food just around the corner. Rooms had a great view and were very spacious by NY standards.

DislikedRooms and facilities are very, very dated. The hotel looks like it is overdue for a refresh. One of the elevators was out of service so wait times for the elevators were long sometimes. Service is also really patchy. Housekeeping would not make up the room some days, and even when they did, they would do a poor job (coffee/tea/water not replenished, no replacement towels given). Dated facilities aside, I think these service standards are unacceptable given the price you pay to stay here. Also the floor I stayed at had the smell of marijuana. I reported this to the staff, who were prompt about sending someone to do checks, but still this persisted over the next few days.

LikedThe Millennium Hotel was fantastic during our 5 night stay. The room was clean, warm, well facilitated and the bed was extremely comfortable. The shower had great pressure and there was no noise from neighboring rooms. We were fortunate enough to have an incredible view also. House keeping came every day with fresh linen and water which I wasn't expecting so this was an added bonus. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help however they could. I would definitely recommend to others and would stay here again.

Likedlocation, location, location. Also, the Junior Suite was perfect for us - a mother and her adult son.

DislikedThe fittings in the room were a little 'tired' but it didn't interfere with our comfort or enjoyment.
