LikedStaff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay Quiet area Good location for bus into city centre which was inexpensive

DislikedRoom was not ready for 2pm and advised to wait an hour. There was the option to get changed and leave our luggage which we did, but the room not being ready altered our plans for the first day which wasn’t ideal for our trip.

LikedBreakfast was excellent with great choice as I’m a picky eater Staff were lovely and the manager was attentive Location was brilliant

DislikedThe hydropower shower suite could have been built better to prevent excess water leaking into the main room ( their should be a way to keep all the water within the area of the shower if shower is done )

DislikedNot a 4 star. The pictures are real but it doesn’t look like that when you get there. All needs freshening up and furniture not very nice bit dated and cheap looking. Bad location too

LikedSpacious and modern room, and friendly staff

DislikedFound 4 different types of bugs in the room. The ants and the spiders were understandable, but not the moth larvae and random bugs. Also how pricy the minifridge items were, considering how much you pay for the room.
