Be aware there is a Metropark Kowloon and a Metropark Mong Kok. Check-in and concierge service, friendly and efficient. Had a great experience with one concierge Franco, looked after our mapping and daily details and directions. Room was spacious and clean, though lacked English channels on TV e.g CNN. A little stingy on tea/coffee in the room, we had to ask for more regular resupplies. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom well equipped and appointed. Pool was a lovely temperature though heavy on the chlorine (don't read into that as I am used to a salt water chlorinator). The Sip Sip bar was closed, don't know why, bakery was good for coffee and a starter Shuttle service between hotel and Mong Kok station a great benefit. Would recommend their hotel to airport service in a lovely tourer for AUD 50. Lots of bars and food locally, a supermarket across the street for daily needs. It needs more knife, fork, spoons, crockery etc and a microwave , iron and board would be useful (though iron available via house keeping). At time of writing a new massage business opened next door. Quality foot rub for a nice relaxing foot massage after a long day's walking . We travelled a lot on foot and train. If we were looking to stay in that part of HK again we would use this hotel another time. All in all our experience with this hotel, was a quality stay for first timers in HK

My stay at Metropark Hotel Kowloon was excellent. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, with easy access to transportation. Overall, a highly recommended hotel for travelers in Hong Kong.

I was hesitant to book after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad I did. Although some reviewers commented on the cleanliness and service levels, I did not find these to be issues. The hotel noted that room cleaning would only occur if requested, yet my room was cleaned even without my calling in. Note that while they do not provide bottled water to save on plastic, they still use small plastic bottles for soaps and plastic-wrapped toothbrushes. Just a minor gripe. Overall, I would stay again.
