LikedWe are a family of 4, so had to get 2 rooms. Very clean! Great location in Ginza - walkable to tons and easy subway access (main Ginza line is right around the corner, and the Y line, which isn't as useful, but is in the basement). They gave us connecting rooms, which was perfect (king room for parents, twins for the kids). The rooms are small, but super efficient in their space and were comfortable once we got settled in. Could have used some more functional drawers and bedside access to plugs for overnight charging. Staff is super helpful. Breakfast is reasonably priced and good to start the day with - was busy, but we always got a seat right away.
DislikedBathrooms could be updated, but are functional, clean and fine.

LikedThe stay was up to the mark! Room was spacious enough by Tokyo standards and service was quick! The hotel is also located in a great neighbourhood with good metro connectivity! Highly recommend it!
