LikedBeautiful hotel, Amazing design,it looks like a beautiful garden. The suites are very big and comfortable.

DislikedYou would expect that in such a luxurious 5 star hotel- there would be a concierge to guide you. There isn’t, at the reception nobody knew to advise you what to see in the area, hardly found a map to give me- they need to improve that! there are tourists like me in Miami who needs guidance! very strange!
