DislikedMy car was damaged by valet parking driver. Initially driver and duty manager said damage was not done by driver. After police investigation, it was observed that car was damaged by driver. I had to spend my half day just to complete the police investigation process. I was expecting that duty manager will go through CCTV and will say the truth. Now I have to again visit dubai just to fix my car.

LikedEverything was fine, but my evaluation is my personal view. This is my first time in Marriott, and I am trying to compare it with some other 5-star hotels (eg. Dusit Thani in Qairo, Anantara in Abu Dhabi, Intercontinental in Shanghai, etc.), all of these hotels are. The location is good, it is relatively close to the old historic town and downtown as well as many other tourist attractions.

DislikedTwo nights after midnight I couldn't sleep because of night club music. My room was on the 4th floor. After I informed the receptionist he apologized and promised me that they would solve this but they didn't.
