Very nice hotel at a good location for Senado and old Macau. Staff was very very friendly and helpful but we had a couple minor service glitches. However the management dealt with them very well. Will be happy to be back soon.

LikedWe stayed in the Waterfront Suite. We enjoyed the stay and the hotel's color tone, design and standard. We especially admire the cleanliness level of the room and the quality of the service.. From the first step from the entrance, every staff was in a professional manner - polite, welcoming, friendly and helpful. This highlighted our entire trip in Macau to be relaxing, comfortable and safe. We will definitely come back in the near future!

DislikedChinese breakfast at lobby restaurant was bad!!! Tasted like we were eating leftover.
