DislikedThe only thing, if it is a thing - there is no breakfast option, but it is very minor issue considering that there are so many options to eat in the area.

LikedLocation is great and staff were extremely helpful, welcoming and polite.
DislikedHotel is extremely run down, carpet had stains all over it and needs a complete refurbishment (rooms and communal areas) to be worthy of the stars and price point. Wifi was so slow that it was almost unusable to the point where I moved hotels as I needed to do work and take video calls. No iron or steam in room and phone did not work in order to request from reception. Aircon did not work either.
