LikedEasy to get an Uber
DislikedCheck in took forever , they gave me 4 different type of keys 4!!! And not any of them worked for the elevator and me being in north tower to the lobby was a long walk back and forth I got no apology no upgrade no anything just had me late and sweating , checking in my name was apparently not even on the reservation when I clearly showed them my id and proper information that took an extra 45 min to get cleared I had a 10 hour flight and arrived late and to a whole mess with no apologies or answers

DislikedRooms are outdated. Fairly nakedly a tourist trap with aggressively marked up prices for any incidental. Most things that other hotels include in the price are here large incidental costs.

LikedGood location and excellent pool complex.
DislikedMini bar only. They will provide a fridge for personal use for a daily fee, which is ridiculous.

DislikedWay overpriced on everything. No drink service, no coffee in our room. Charged 40.00 a night for valet parking...smh, rip off!
