LikedThere was no breakfast, the staff was friendly though. They had a working elevator? Honestly it's hard to find things I liked

DislikedThe room we got was not the room advertised on booking.com. They only have one of the nice suites advertised. We instead got a small room that felt cramped and didn't have the nice bathtub listed that we were looking forward to. Also, we tried to check out at 9am, but we're unable to as their front desk wasn't open until 10am (which differs from the 7am-11am checkout listed in booking.com) so we had to just leave our things in the room and hope they were still there when we got back. Luckily they were, but it was not an enjoyable experience. We feel that it was false advertising on multiple levels and would not stay there again

LikedThey clean our room every day. And some days they put water bottles in the fridge for free.

DislikedI thought there would be a balcony in the room, but there wasn't. It had only one window. Also there were only 3 plugs in our room.

DislikedPower went out and the room has a small shower. The description with picture isn’t what I was displayed. Small room with shower I show give less stars but hopefully they fix this. Only certain times, someone is at reception so I was without power for awhile. I was planning on going out but without power and internet. I couldn’t research or get Uber
