LikedI like the hotel a lot! Really good. It will be too long list of things I like there to write it here.
DislikedToo expensive parking. It is very convenient, safe etc. But still too expensive.

DislikedWe requested twin beds in our booking, but the bed was made up into a king on our arrival. Staff were reluctant to ask housekeeping to split the bed into 2, even though this was an easy task and was part of our booking. We were part of a tour group leaving from this hotel - despite an information sheet being posted in the foyer just a few feet from the reception desk, staff rudely informed that they could not assist with details when we had to call from down town. AND - the air conditioning in the whole hotel was not working. It was quite warm when we stayed, so it was very uncomfortable.
