LikedView, location, room and building are super nice
DislikedThere was a lot of road noise even though we were on the 25ish floor. The room also randomly had bad sewer smell from the bathroom.

LikedGood location. 2 minutes walk to Metro Station. The station line is convenient to airport and many popular tourist spots.
DislikedA bit expensive when considering the small room size and facilities provided. Paper cups are provided in toilet and pantry which gave me a low grade impression. No iron or ironing board. The toiletry is not a good brands.

LikedThe location is super close to Hongdae area and subway station
DislikedIf you get the room facing the front of the hotel, it may be a little noisy from car horn sound. But overall was ok and I can sleep throughout the nights.

My wife lost a hair iron stick which is brand new bought at Seoul and we both thought someone came in during we were getting out but the staff claimed NO one came in after checking CCTV. Very disappointed for this issue

LikedThe location is fantastic! Short walk to main area of Hongdae and 2 min walk to the station. Would highly recommend. Will stay here again.
DislikedThe rooms were very small and there was not a lot of privacy between the bathroom and bed area for 2 people.
