DislikedThere was no water for hours Hot water failed

LikedWorst stay ever this hotel does not check adjoining doors and we woke up to a man in our room in the middle of the night and had to scream at him to get out security never came they never apologized and wouldn't refund us. Room had mold on the Curtains.

DislikedHalf the equipment in the gym was broken and there was mold on the gym walls the breakfast buffet was $30 Canadian and gross.

LikedThe property was well located. The lady making the omlettes in the morning was kind. The beer was cold.

DislikedThe beach was filthy. The sand was full of garbage, the chairs were covered in pigeon poop, the tables every morning were still covered in cigarette butts and booze from the previous day. The room was well-worn and needs to be completely redone. The pillows were lumpy. The beds were shot. The room connected with the one next door and didn't seal. We could SEE into the next room. No one at the resort cared. The neighbours kept us up all night talking and with their lights on (that's how big the cracks were into the next room). None of the restaurants were open. ever. Only the buffet where they thought that a salad buffet should be ONLY shredded lettuce, cubed white onion, pepperoni, and capers with Thousand Island dressing. Birds were eating from the indoor buffet daily. No one cared. the drinks were HORRENDOUS and no one knew what they were making. The pool was full of mildew and mold.

LikedThe staff was friendly.

DislikedThe hotel is very out dated. We had no hot water in the shower and the food was bad. Construction was going on, it was difficult to sit on the balcony.
