The Hotel is beautiful in a great location. The rooms are well serviced. The hotel has big tour groups that come in and a breakfast the lines where long. The staff etiquette with guests is not consistent. I encountered some unhelpful members of staff who were abrupt and short with me. The older guy at concierge desk was very good.

It's a good hotel accessible by train, taxi, or Uber. The place is suitable if you have seniors in the family because it is a short walk from the train station and some restaurants are nearby. If you'd rather use the bus, the bus stop is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast menu was good. There was a wide variety of choices and it was mostly excellent. The staff was friendly but I had to call the help desk twice regarding cable TV because it wasn't explained initially why I couldn't find some channels.
