LikedLoved the view from 17th floor room

DislikedDidn't realize the lobby was under construction when we booked. Room was very minimal, not even coffee maker or kettle to make tea. Bell hop offered to bring up coffee maker but never returned with one.

LikedGreat location - just north of Boston Common so easy access to the main area of Boston and also over to Faneuil Hall. Staff great and friendly and we had a large comfy room with city views. Asked for a kettle that they provided with tea bags. Used the restaurant twice which was really good as well.

DislikedCould do with some USB ports in the room and none of the plus were in the correct place - otherwise all good.
