DislikedRoom was on the west side of the building across an alley from a huge construction site: loud construction noise from 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Disgusting view of port-a-potties. The room was just above the pool deck and bar: loud music until 10:00 PM. There was no peace or quiet all day long and half the night. After two nights I was exhausted.

DislikedThe fact a $30 daily charge was added to my account without any discussion at all upon check in. These were presented as free networking drinks (which i didnt attend)

LikedThe room was comfortable, the beds were great and thankfully we stayed at the 13th floor so it was very quiet. I wanted to try the pool but the weather was not good.

DislikedThe hotel is nice, but only worth the discounted price. If I had paid the full price for the room I stayed in it would have been a rip off. Charging $63 for the garage at the basement is also too much. The neighborhood is very crowded and incredibly noisy. The constructions everywhere around make it impossible to walk anywhere. It is so sad to see the Rainey st district overtaken by skyscrapers. Not choosing this area of the town for my next visit.

LikedThe property was clean. Very cool looking hotel.

DislikedThe first thing was when we pulled up to valet, they wouldn’t park a dually “because it’s an insurance liability” although it doesn’t specify this on their website. We had to park a block away. Then I walked in the front and only 1 person was there to check in so I start to approach him and he points to the register next to him without saying a word. Another lady walks up and says she can help me. I thought that was a bit rude. Then, for the amount of money spent per night, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. Both my husband and I were miserable the next morning from little to no sleep and hurting all over. The room was very nice and the view was good.
