DislikedWhen I checked in and noticed I was by the elevator I asked could I be move to another room. Guest service said no and he was not helpful at all. Because of him and his non helpful service I will not return to this hotel.

DislikedStaff rude No phone working in room No coffee in room Too much noise in room from other rooms and gym Check in was very slow and staff no colabotative We ordered a food Delivery and they didnt call or let us know it arrived, we had to go downstairs to figure out it was there. Lack of attention towards guests

LikedStaff at tge front desk and at the entrance were very friendly. Very nice perfumed reception and well decorated

DislikedHousekeeping service was very poor.. dirty towels provided, suitcases closed down, I let them widely open and I found all of them closed, though they were full of iron clothes for our future cruise, no slippers provided and the floor in the room was not wiped out, our toes were muddy and dusty🙈 The receptionist tried to compensate the damage with the suitcases and gave us a deposit of money in return. A lot of dust in the room… from the ventilation system which obviously hadn’t t been cleaned for so long.
