Small room but very confortable and clean, very well located near a mtr station, many bus stops, convenience stores, bars, restaurants, stores, pharmacy, pretty much everything, the staff is very nice and attended all my requests.

I booked this hotel cause the 8.4 reviews When I opened the door of the room,!a strange smell was coming out, so I opened the air filter machine there were full of dust blow out! I asked to change the room, the staff was kind changed for me However the bathroom also there were some mo in the bath and when the water released from the bath l, it was strange noise so scary… and I don’t why they put 2 bottles of water in the washroom not in the room or next to the coffee table

The twin room was really small, no space for 2 luggage. Have to request bigger couple room and the reception was very nice to accommodate us.

Hotel lobby has a bad smell fragrance and air conditioner too old so have very loud noise. Room’s design is poor that the space is very small and hard to walk. The worst is because hotel and their agenda meet some communication problems, they demand me to stand at the counter to help them solve it, but they don’t complete to solve the air conditioner noise!!!Worst hotel ever!!
