Likedpoor service feels like a factory, no personal or human touch. nothing complimentary: not even water(7$per bottle), no kettle, no bathrobe, no slippers, no room service at night, no toothbrush glass, two paper cups for 2 queen beds, only 2 teabags, nothing in the fridge(even payable)….and the most incredible: 32$ for a breakfast “buffet”(only 4 items!) and a charge for more than one cup of hot water for the room!!!!to say the least: an overall very unpleasant experience for almost 700$ a night! on top of all that, the swimming pool was not even usable

LikedThe resort was very nice. Great pools with plenty of chairs. The beach was extremely nice and clean.

DislikedThere is no social life for singles. Everything closes down at 9 pm😒

LikedHad breakfast, off the facility. Like the access to the ocean and the pool. Service was very accommodating. Enjoyed their new sushi bar. Very good.!

DislikedChecking in they didn’t communicate our needs as well as they should have. No accommodation to travel agents checking out the facility may not use the facility in the future for my clients.
