LikedThe location was great and rooms were clean.

DislikedPrices at the hotel gift shop were silly. 14 for a chocolate candy bar, 5.50 for a bag of chips. It's absurd. The price for parking and taxes was quite high as well. Also, for the silly resort fee, you don't even get elevated wifi. What am I getting for that fee?

Dislikedcouldnt get conference pricing so had to book through booking.com so expensive. nice hotel. breakfast could have been better room and facilities for a big hotel.

LikedThe location was amazing. There was a gentleman at the bar who was fantastic. He kept an eye out for a seat for us when there wasn't anyplace to sit, then came to find us and sat us right away. There was a very disruptive family at a bar with several naughty children who made a mess. He was a gentleman through that entire experience, never once acting rudely or impatiently with the family (who didn't tip him).

DislikedThe reception area sofas were filthy and smelled of old laundry. The check-in took 30 minutes, was confusing. The check-out took 30 minutes, there was some sort of mistake in the booking. I still have no idea what was going on. The shower was cold 2/4 days. The hallway was full of bags of trash each morning. The toilet splashes up and out upon flushing.
