LikedWhen we checked in, we were treated amazingly well. Nathan helped us with the check in process. He was very courteous and helpful explaining the layout of the facility.
DislikedThe service at Drakes Bar was very slow. I think they were just understaffed for the amount of patrons that were there.

DislikedVery bad service have book room for 3 nights and 2 nights bathroom shower was not working at all have complained to management and still no fix 2 days we have to stay without shower. Very bad service Was not expected this bad service from jw marriott. Never going back. Better to have a motel then this
