DislikedVery surprised when i read the positive reviews. I doubt they are genuine reviews. Poor service overall. All requests are met with a polite "not possible". No for connecting rooms. No for rooms next to each other. No for rooms in the left wing which is the one with the nicer view. No for late check out... Food is expensive and not tasty. We ate at the "Italian" restaurant once and it was enough. All other evenings we ate at the HZ restaurants. Club 91 is a waste of money. Don't pay extra for it. Better take the regular breakfast which has much more food choice. Rooms are basic. This is not a five stars hotel and definitely not worth your noney.

The hotel needs to do a better job of controlling the beach. It seems like it's ok for people to continually hit others with volleyballs as long as they pay to rent a Cabana. I also found it unusual that the staff didn't ask if we'd enjoyed our stay at check out. The 750 was great for grabbing breakfast, pizza or drinks and the staff in there were brilliant. The bus stop outside is great for exploring the area.

LikedIt is beautiful and well maintained, great rooms and bed. Linens are nice. Well designed bathroom.
DislikedAlmost nothing, they tried to charge me way over the deal I signed up for on booking.com, like $600+ over the reservation price. I had to spend 45 minutes negotiating to get closer to the expected amount.
