LikedStaff on check in were extremely helpful. We requested an early check in and late check out which were both given (for a small fee, which we found acceptable). Hotel room was a fantastic size and very clean. The location of the hotel was superb with easy access to CN tower, Rogers Centre and train station.
DislikedThe bedroom and spa were clean but these areas could do with a little bit of modernising and updating as were looking a little tired and old fashioned. A water cooler would have been useful in the spa...although bottled water was given free on request.

LikedFriendly staff and the location of the hotel was perfect. Lots of restaurants you can walk to. Ripleys aquarium is around the corner and roger centre is really close too

Close to Union Station. Within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The staff was so kind and welcoming.
