LikedWe thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Regent. the food was delicious. The location was outstanding and the service was amazing. Best hotel in Hong Kong.

DislikedI did not enjoy the à la cart breakfast in the lobby. The buffet was better.

LikedThis is an updated hotel that is newly renovated, the property is impeccable as everything is new. The staff are all well trained, accommodating & understand what service meant. The room is big for Hong Kong, location is next door of K11 and the harbour, I love the breakfast buffet, it has everything.

Dislikedthe layout of the room, I think too much space had been wasted for the entrance area and the bathroom- the water pressure could be better, and the bathtub is not a standard size bathtub which only allows you to sit.

The hospitality service by the staff there was impeccable. They were very accommodating, polite and helpful throughout our entire stay. They sent us a small box of chocolates for our Valentine's Day celebration, which was delicious. They allowed us to have extended check out time by two hours, which made it a lot less rush and more comfortable for our packing up and getting ready to leave. The newly renovated interior was stylish, modern but with elements of chinese cultural design, and was grand and prestigious. Overall, the stay was wonderful and my Valetine's Day celebration with my wife was very enjoyable. Thank you REGENT Hong Kong!
