LikedIt’s conveniently located - plenty of shops/cafes/restaurants nearby.

DislikedIt’s NOT very clean. I actually had to give the room a wipe down when I arrived - everything just felt a bit dusty and grimy. The room was also quite run down - wallpaper was yellowing and starting to peel off.

LikedThe first night when I checked in the room 702 I showed one of Cockroach on the wall near by the window I spoke to the check in disks person. Then one staff came in my room sprayed bug killer, the next when I came to the room I showed another one Cockroach (蟑螂🪳） very disgusting . Please clean the property for travellers staying your Hotel. Today I checked out 11 am then I was waiting for someone to pick me up from the Hotel, later I have personal issues needed to use Wash room , I asked one person looked security guard his is very rude and unfriendly, said to cross the street McDonald’s use I was urgently needed to go terrible service, I was very disappointed. Please provide the good service and front desk person friendly and try to help people have urgent issues and problems.

DislikedFacility is not enough. No face and hands towels unless are requested.

LikedLocation. Right at the center of Wan Chai, walking distance to shops and eateries.

DislikedHousekeeping not frequent, short-staffed? Laundry room has only one washer and drier, located in a tiny back door stairway room.Zero service, staffs didn’t offer to help move heavy luggages. Not that easy to grab a taxi at the front of the hotel.

LikedLocation was great.

DislikedI think the rooms look like they are starting to look worn down. Only small things but for the money per night I expected a better room. Also found the front counter staff pretty unhelpful. Couldn't even order a taxi to the hotel for us. Most things seemed to be a chore for them.
