Great Location with emart just beside the hotel. The room is clean and very comfy. Love that the shower place is separated from the toilet. The water speed n temperature from the shower head is amazing.

The front desk staff are helpful and the response on request was fast. Though the room is small everything is neat and clean. Walking distance to airport bus stop and has a 24hr mart next to the hotel.

Location is fantastic, the room is clean. But the noise cancellation is really bad we can hear our neighbour opening their hotel room initially we thought someone try to break into our room.Also the aircon breaks down two times a day, but the crisis management is good the staff help us change a room after the second report of the aircon.

Ongoing construction right beside hotel. Expect drilling to start as early as 7 am. Hotel room is very small (eg no wardrobe space to unpack, barely have any walking space after putting 2 24 inch luggage let alone a baby cot.) Concierge staff is not rude, but not friendly either. Just get the transaction done and move on. Walking distance to Myeongdong.
