Responsible luxury - A well-deserving tagline for ITC Grand Chola. From the check-in process until we left the compounds of the hotel two nights later, everything from the walk through the corridors to having a lovely musical night at their lounge was incredible. The room exudes beauty and luxury with soft bedding and linen, artistic furniture, technologically-savvy lighting and TV controls, and a wonderful master bathroom. At the Madras Pavilion, the breakfast spread was unimaginably wide with a variety of masterfully crafted dishes - a true marker of a 5-star hotel. Definitely should not miss it. Special mention to the hotel management for adhering to my request of a surprise birthday cake for my wife. We enjoyed it in the coziness of your tower rooms. Overall, ITC Grand Chola is luxury personified.

LikedGuest is the central theme and they really mean it. Right from the reservation to checkout, everything is flawless. Awesome Restaurants, Cocktails, Breakfast and the lovely Chocolates❤️ They went out of the way to celebrate my Birthday. Kids also loved the property.

DislikedPool could have been a bit bigger .. Considering the size of the property.

Our stay at ITC Chola was exceptional in every way. Location is heart of the city and easy to reach. Facilities were very good and staff services were exceptional. Enjoyed the whole experience, don't miss dinner at Avartana. Highly recommended place to stay in Chennai.
