LikedThe location to major attractions and sports arenas was great. We were able to walk to almost everything. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved having the bar, restaurant and Starbucks in the lobby.
DislikedAlthough the rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom was small, it was very clean. staying downtown in a major city did come with a lot of street noise.

LikedNothing went well.
DislikedI chose Hyatt for my birthday requesting a secluded room beforehand to avoid disturbing others. Assured no nearby guests, I was unexpectedly asked to leave due to music at 11:55 PM. Despite my immediate willingness to comply and rectify the situation, the staff exhibited a regrettable lack of understanding and empathy. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to grant me even a moment to address the issue were disappointing & unprofessional. By 12:15, I was forced out with my luggage. Unacceptable.

LikedGood libby area. Lively with plenty of activity and modern furnishings.
DislikedRooms were a bit dated. And the bathroom gad a shower curtain…
