LikedRoom was very spacious which was extra helpful because I ended up traveling with a broken ankle and a knee scooter! Very pleasant staff. Great location - easy to get around town but not too close to the craziness of the French Quarter. For JazzFest it was great - the shuttle had a stop just on the other side of the block, although because of the knee scooter we never used it. Plenty of good dining options close by, and it's an easy walk to the theaters on Canal Street, or down to the river.

DislikedOur room was never cleaned - we had a 3 night stay and had said we'd like to have it cleaned, so that was not the best. Not terrible, because we aren't demanding about new linens, but it is nice to have the wastebaskets emptied, and since there are not towel bars or places to hang hand towels or wash cloths, it would be nice if housekeeping came to check on that.

Dislikedyour bathrooms are the worst I’ve stayed in. No towel bars to hang towels from. The faucet is too short for sink so water goes on counter and everything gets wet.
