LikedDid not have breakfast. Was told it wasn’t included in my stay.
DislikedI booked and confirmed in advance. Up on arrival from the airport I was told that the room that I PAID for was unavailable and they’re having trouble finding me a new one. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNACCEPTABLE ! They tried to offer me a single bed room of lesser value with no refund which I rightfully declined. They then made me stand there for over an half hour while they “looked for a room”. I traveled here all the way from Florida and this was my experience. What a horrible first impression.
