Wonderful hotel. Rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The fitness center is large and has an extensive array of equipment. The staff are very friendly, polite, and professional. The bar scene is very lively and the restaurant has great service. The location is close to attractions and public transportation. Great stay.

LikedThe location was great, in easy walking distance from North Station. Easy to find, and also easy to walk to various areas downtown. The hotel is pretty, very clean, and the staff was wonderful. The beds were so cozy, I almost didn't want to get up in the morning!
DislikedThis hotel charges a destination fee of I believe $30/night. This was not rolled into the price on Booking, so I was taken by surprise. I'm not a seasoned traveler, so perhaps this is just the expectation for these kinds of hotels - take it with a grain of salt. However, on the upside, we were able to take advantage of what that resort fee allows. We got a humidifier, flat iron (brand new!), and a handful of other items delivered to our room throughout our stay.
