LikedBreakfast was great! We really liked the are to walk around. Lots of nice restaurants in walking distance. Very convenient to get to the university. Appreciate that is was not expensive to park car here. Highly recommend a stay here.

DislikedEven that it was cold out I was there for a volleyball tournament and my room was hot, I called the front desk and the lady told me the only thing she can do was bring me a fan, she did, she couldn’t tell me how the ac worked till the next day that maintenance was going to be there in the am so I was hot all night very uncomfortable so know that if u stay in this prosperity the ac won’t cool down your room if is cold outside. I find this very wrong as I’m paying for comfort sorry but expected more from the Hyatt, also the cabinets were broken and didn’t function as required. I have stayed at many Hyatts before and never had this issues.
