Buffet breakfast is good. Location is convenient although I will prefer to see more spa around the area. Getting around Bangkok is not a problem. Very convenient to reach from Airport

LikedLocation: We like that the hotel is next to the train station. There is 7-11 across the street and we love that there is 'Lets Relax & Spa' just next door; very convenient. Can just book a massage in the night and after that return to hotel to sleep. We were also able to pay for the massage at the hotel with a 10% discount. A very popular 'Factory Coffee' cafe is just behind the hotel which needs to queue about an hour during breakfast time. There is also a 'After You' cafe across the train station. As the hotel is just next to the Phaya Thai, it took us just 33 mins from hotel to Suvarnabhumi which is extremely convenient. Good Security: Every floor requires the room card to access & the main door is locked after 10 pm and can only access via the card too.
DislikedNoisy: We have requested for 2 quiet rooms away from facing the train station but only 1 was given. We could hear the train crossing early morning however with the help of ear plug (requested from reception), we were able to sleep better. Secondly the pillows are too soft to support the head/neck. We didn't try the breakfast nor gym hence couldn't comment.

One of the best hotels, I’ve stayed in BKK. The staff were super attentive helping us with our heavy luggage. Everything was clean and tidy. It's right next to the airport line super convenient for arrival/departure/commute. The occasional train sounds didn’t really bother us. If it bothers you, do request for higher rooms away from the train station. There’s 7 Eleven, the famous Factory Coffee, Fried Chicken chain store and Chairoj (Homecooked Thai-Chinese restaurant) in walking distance from the hotel. Highly recommended!

DislikedAbit of noisy from the main room and also train. Toilet water flow very slow.
