Location is good, just beside the Airport Link Phaya Thai Station. Staff is friendly. Superior room does not have Nespresso Machine, no wardrobe only has 4 hangers. We stayed 4 nights and the bed sheet was not changed from day 1 till we checked out. The towels are old and don’t look white and clean. The water heater for our room is not working well. Overall, we like the location but feel like staying in a budget hotel.

Conveniently located at the end of the airport line and there is also BTS line. Next door is a famous cafe with good coffee - coffee drinkers should visit it for breakfast before the queue becomes longer.

The location is excellent. It's right next to Airport Rail Link and BTS station with lifts and elevators. That being said , there's huge room for improvement on cleaniness of the bathroom, particularly the shower head, the faucet, and the sink. There were small flies / bugs flying near the drain underneath the sink. The customer services was also disappointing . Sent a couple of emails to both emails listed and left messages via agoda, but all channels were pretty much unresponsive.
