I booked in Agoda, and I was not aware that the extra bed was almost the same price of the room. So when I check in, I said to yhe receptionist just cancel yhe extra bed, and she told me to call Agoda and that’s what I did. But when Agoda called the hotel they said that they cannot ammend the request. I have no choice but to pay. Even though the extra bed is not yet in the rolm when we check in. I just can’t understand the hotel policy. There should be exemption . But the staff was so polite and kind specially the manager mr Gary.

It is a very good place for us to stay especially since it is close to where we want to go. We are not typical tourists so this could be just very specific to us. The only thing that we might not like much is the shuttle service that is offered.there is no shuttle to the 港珠澳大橋。

Most heritage sites of traditional Macau are within walking distances, if u favor them more than casinos. Fado in-house is an added attraction if u like to make your day with great Portuguese fine dining. 🥂

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location with convenient public transport, surrounded by a lot of nice local restaurants, the room is very clean, although I didn't travel with my kids this time, I highly recommend it for family with kids and I will definitely stay here again when I visit Macau next time.
