Photo showed fridge in room we booked. No fridge. So couldn't have cold drinks or food. Balcony showed in pictures. No balcony. Odd bed and weird room set up. Had to ask to get room made up. No milk for cup of tea.

We booked the executive room. It had a nice balcony to sit outside. The room is big enough with bath tub and shower. The location of the hotel is good too nearby to the tram and bus stations.
