overall a nice hotel, lovely location, but only if you are lucky to get a sea facing room. no concierge to assist for luggage at check in. I suspect that post colonial hangover still exists bcos the room whilst being nice could have been facing the water/sea. i was informed i had a room with a balcony.. really ? a balcony looking out to a mountain wall ??? good breakfast helpful restaurant staff - smiley n cheerful. would stay there again .. but only if .....

I like their balcony room which gives a very reaxing and comfortable environment.

The staff were very helpful , giving us so much information on how to get to scenic spots and the transport to get those places. However the facilities were not very good. The TV was not functioning well and eventually had to get hose service to help. The ceiling light could not be switched off and the light was on the whole night.
