LikedFriendly and helpful staff, great location, good sized room, great on-site gym

DislikedA bit petty, but it was literally impossible to not get zapped by static electricity every time I entered my room due to the hallway carpeting.

LikedHotel was pleasant. Front office staff needs to improve the customer service & be kind. They have no smile either.

DislikedHotel room was big size.

LikedThis property is perfectly located and close to everything… staff are good and very helpful.

DislikedThe only thing I dont like is our room location 1722 is right under their gym at 18th floor and its open from 7am to 10.30pm, there’s a lot of noise coming from the gym and we reported this to the front desk..I suggest that this rooms right under the gym should not be occupied because its either you sleep late then wake up early once you hear the noises.

LikedGreat location, just near the City Hall, metro stations, shops, restaurants, cafes, all in a walking distance.

DislikedSome stuff in the room could be renovated, but it's not critical as the price/quality ratio is still good.

LikedI like location the most e.g. close to subway stations and airport bus stop. .

DislikedThe room is no air Con. while the only window is too small for cooling down temperature and air circulation. We needed to wake up earlier due to the strong sunshine in every morning coz we need to open curtain to let the air in through small window.
